- 1976: school enrollment in Valencia, Spain
- claimed the first place in the band contest of the Dierks-Studios with the band „Valve“
- 1990: „Abitur“ (higher education) certificate at Gymnasium Frechen
- 1991 – 92: pianist with the BigBand of the Rheinische Musikschule Köln
- 1992: won the national youth music competition “Jugend musiziert” with the same BigBand
- 1993 – 94: Landesjugend-Jazzorchester NRW (North Rhine-Westphalia)
- piano student of Björn Karsten, Rob van Bavel and Frank Wasser (classical), among others
- 1998, completion of Diploma as sound engineer, The Hague
- 1998 – 2008: freelance sound engineer (TV/film/broadcasting technology & PA systems)
- since end of 2007: working as a film composer
- offers and implements special solutions for sound systems and stereo equipment as technical advisor for private and public buildings, amongst others Hotel Concorde Berlin, and dental clinic at Potsdamer Platz, Berlin
- study Instrumentation and Orchestration with Manolis Vlitakis since end of 2009
- May 2011: completion of Master degree in musicology at the Humboldt University in Berlin. Title of master thesis: “The film music of John Williams – Aspects of instrumentation”.
